Introduction to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

A lot of people, who know me, know I like Martial Arts. My recent new love (I am talking about sports here now ;) ) Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is one of, and some say, the best martial art for competing and self-defense. But somehow it is always a litle difficult to explain what this martial art separates itself from the other ones.

When I was in Brazil for one month, I had only one thing on my mind, Jiu Jitsu. Later in Peru again my focus was on martial arts. This time similar stuff, but without a Gi or Kimono (for people new to this, a sort of Judo suit).

More words add nothing so here is a Youtube clip (9 minutes).
